So only manlets can BW?
I don't have the copy pasta for the foundation but basically you should do arms and abs one day and the rest the other day with an ABXABXX split
5'8'' BWO reporting
So I'm currently doing 5 sets of pushups in my routine
>12 handstand pushups
>2 x 12 one arm pushups (1 set per arm)
>12 false planche push ups
>12 weighted inclined diamond pushups
I thought about working everything towards being fingertip pushups, would that be effective?
only a manlets thing then good to know
5'8 BWO as well fucking lol
Its probably harder overall for lanklets due to mechanics, but I suppose its about how you want to work out
happy to help bby
When I do a planche lean or a tucked planche with my hands pointing perpendicular to the body, I feel a sharp pain in my shoulder area for a second or two after I stop. That might not be the case if my hands are pointing forward. Is this dangerous?
The main reason the hands are perpendicular in the first place is so that its easier on the wrists, so I guess if your wrists can take it then go ahead
Are you sure its not just a problem with your form?
I'll check myself again, thank you.
Finally did 5 full ROM handstand push ups in a row
gif cumming up!
Not the full thing but you get the idea
Fuckin well done guy
thank
what are false planche push ups?
And they would be effective in building finger strength.
>why BW
>no van gelder
>why coke
>no Van Gelder
>can hold a 1 minute handstand on parallel bars
>can't hold 10 seconds on the floor
life is so cruel
>He becomes see through at 0:07
Ok.
Any accessory exercises you guys recommend to increase my pull up endurance? Right now I do wrist curls, reverse curls and head bangers
My favorite accessory for that has always been doing 5x5 but slow and a good 3 second pause at the top.
