Just started a new job. I'm literally the only fit person there. Everybody else is morbidly obese. I can process twice the work load they can. Which is cool. Other fats find out. Start off-loading their work on me. I can do it with no problem... but I don't want too? Why should I get paid the same as you if I'm doing twice the work. How is it fair that you are getting paid, but I'm doing both our work. Like... yes, I can do it no problem. But I shouldn't have too if you are here too. Why isn't more research put into the neurological aspect of fatties and the emotions around their eating? I know we're all so quick to curbstomp these whiny fags but I genuinely believe they think about food ALL the time, I bet they dream about it, look at it all day, watch videos about it, etc.

It's like how in that 600 lb life show all he does is tell em to lose weight and then cuts up their stomach, but the problem isn't the size of their stomach, the problem is their fucking brain. Putting a belt around their intestines isn't gonna make them think of food less or dream of food less or be obsessed with food less. Their emotional connection to food is so deeply ingrained with their pysche that the only way to make food no longer an issue would be to literally change their brain chemistry/memories

I absolutely believe willpower and discipline is the key to any great life, but it can be a lot harder for some and easier for others. I hate weight lifting, can't stand it, but I do it every day. I know dudes who LOVE weight lifting, get excited to lift, etc, clearly their brain is different from mine, and if I don't kick my ass to get into the gym, I wouldn't do it. It's made my journey to fitness so fucking hard, idk why I even do it, cuz it actually depresses me, but I keep remembering that fitness=greatness, gets me through
