you won't need surgery at all. Just loose 15-20 lbs of body fat while maintaining the muscle you have currently and you will look ripped bruce lee status. You probably could do it by summer if you start now

Op here with a little more info. Messed around first 4 months. 1 month of PPL

6 days lifting a week.
5x5 185 bench
5x5 225 deadlift

Weight 147
5'8" manlet

What is PPL? I'm doing 5x5 right now but I'll probably get off of it in a few weeks and want a good program to switch to.

PPL (Push pull legs) routines are high volume hypertrophy routines, usually 6 days on 1 day rest per week.
