Basically get to the point where you could realistically compete in one of the non twink strongman weight classes is what I'm saying

Get really strong numbers in OHP, bench, squat, and row. Add accessories for shoulders, biceps, and triceps. Maybe add something for traps, chest, or lats depending on what look you're after. Wa la.

I mean I still consider myself to be a beginner it but I've been working out with a meal plan, counting etc for about 2 years now and a body like that has always been my goal.
