What are you guys doing for shoulders? Mostly OHP movements or lateral raise variations? Rows? Mine are lagging, trying to figure it out.

I do OHPs, usually 3x5, starting high and taking off 5-10 lbs per set depending on how I feel. I also do lateral raises, but with my elbows 90 degrees so I can lift more weight (doing them with straight arms fucks with my elbows).

Also I went to air assault school and did about a million overhead arm claps in 10 days, so I'm probably still riding that wave
