The upper part of your back is lagging badly, and so are your rear delts. That excercise is best doen with very light weights, for a lot of sets, and very slow and carefully.

It's the best way to train those, you can also do them in the lat pulldown machine.

Deadlifts are fine, but it's a situational tool, not the all in one m ake you big magic excercise people here think it is.

The best use of deadlifts is honestly like, you have some spare energy and stamina at the end of the workout, and no time, and you just wanna tire yourself out and know you gave 100% to the workout.

Rows train the back better, wrist roller does forearms better....

Eh, when I was 200+ lbs at contest bodyfat people treat you different for sure, they give you a lot of space, ask to use equipment that you are next to,etc.

I think most guys in the gym don't assume that someone is stupid because theyre big, because they understand that you need some kinda smarts to know how to eat and train right to be heavy and lean, but non lifters might.
