2. Deadlift (based)

4.Bench press (huge chest looks gay)

greeks r gay

You're gay

enjoy baby forearms "aesthetic"

So what is your ranking my friend?

Deadlifts is ranked 2nd. Deadlifts grow forearms

This, and this list is assuming you do all of them. Just trying to figure out which ones are more important for aesthetics. for strength, squats are definitely the best.

1. OHP
2. Deadlift
3. Bench
4. Squat

>preferring big tits over nice ass on a man

1. Squat
2. Deadlift
3. OHP
power gap
9999. Bench

This but you will get small arms if you prioritize both squat and diddly over OHP and have bench last

> Big tits are gay
> Prefers his men with a big ass

You can literally never get shoulders too big. Prove me wrong. You can't.
Shoulders are the most alpha muscle group in the body.

1.bench
2.ohp
3.deadlift
4.squat

You know this to be true, deep in your hearts. But fuck it, squats are fun.

Also chins should be before squats. So should dips.

So does having a labor job. Never deadlifted in my life and everyone comments on my forearms size

...

>squats are fun
t. squats 2pl8

yea but having a labor job is for people who are brainlet retards. enjoy destroying your spine by age 45 you piece of shit laborer.

this, once you are squatting 3 plates for reps its a pain in the ass

Stay dyel beta desk jockey

1. Bench (huge chest looks great)
2. Squats (you want your legs to be really big)
3. Deadlift (based but not as good as first two)
4.OHP (working shoulders is for framelets)

Bench
Squat
OHP
deadlift (basically builds no visible muscle)

his chest is his smallest feature there but nice meme

>carrying shit in the hot sun all day
I like how brainlets think that is something to be proud about

in this order
>Squat
>Deadlift
>OHP
>Bench
i have a fetish for my thighs and ass being big.

>working outside in the sun
>thinks there's 1 type of manly job

Fuck that I don't work outside

Why aren't bent over rows considered another 5th core barbell lift? You can't exercise your lats and biceps with the other 4

>squat
>OHP
>Bench
>Deadlift

Deadlifting makes you stronger but not as big as the others.

>deadlift (basically builds no visible muscle)
>literally adds mass which makes every muscle in your body appeal bigger

Because rows are never considered a core lift newfag, it has always been Squats, Bench and Deadlifts. OHP is added due to its progressing nature and some meme federation includes them in their competition. Overall, these 4 lifts are the most important lifts if you want to build both strength and aesthetics as you can't really progress with rows without some form of body english. Pulls on the other hand..

>shitting on rows
>holding bench equal with squats and deadlifts
lmao what a retard

>Greeks
It's a Hercules statue in Florence, you uncultured swine.

hercules was greek

If you're born from a God can you claim any nationality?

>rowing
>he doesn't do cleans instead to build a powerful back

hercules was geek

if the gods were greek yes

Hercules was Roman. Heracles was Greek.

This desu. If anything, the 5th core lift should be the chin up/pull up.

literally different spelling of the same person retard

Wrong, read up the mythology of both, they are key diferences retard

Point taken since his parents both were

Those five things are all I do and I'm breddy damn strong and aesthetic, a bit bearmode

>they are key diferences retard

>only five things to archive bearmode
How much you ohp and bench? And how do you progress on them? Kinda stuck

>#1 OHP
For sure. A real bitch pleaser plus one of the most intuitive lifts for someone with no gym knowledge ("So how much can you lift over your head user?")
>#2 Squat
Squats develop thighs and ass in a way that is important for body balance and can be super hot especially when in tight clothes. Bitches love, plus second heaviest lift and quintessential in the deep conception of human strength (Atlas + the globe, farmer's yokes, shouldering a burden, putting weight on your shoulders has existed since the dawn of time)
>#3 Deadlift
I personally love deadlifts, and while they are both the heaviest lift and very intuitive (how much can you lift off the floor), they are not the most attractive or necessarily impressive to watch (a lot of people look like goons when they do them) and the gains they produce are not that visible, relatively speaking-- Forearms, traps, and glutes are nice, but these muscle groups don't get quickly hypertrophied by deadlifts like triceps do by benching movements etc
>#4 Bench
Normie Brolift. While important to balance OHP for upper body development, bench is the least natural (requires the most contrived equipment--while a squat rack/oly platform is bigger, the Bench Press would have been by FAR the most unnatural lift to a greek athlete etc). Least impressive to me when hearing from someone (requires least form and least full-body development). Elite benchers look like wheezy fucks when they are all strapped up in their shirts and wraps with a massively arched back and chest. Still importantm just not at all aesthetic

The fuck are you talking about

Bench > OHP for both aesthetics and strength plus you can bench more than OHP

I'm not considering max weight that much in my rankings. OHP is very manly and natural. Bench is some shit we made up in the last years of human history for roided freaks to impress their normie friends. It's also less useful for functional strength

Obviously I am exaggerating and I bench routinely but you see my point

How much do you bench and how do you get it up?

1. bench press
2. deadlift
3. overhead press
4. squat (let's be honest your quads are covered 99% of the time)

Hercules is a Roman hero and god. He was the equivalent of the Greek divine hero Heracles,

Post the ancient Greeks fucking ass and building civilization copy pasta

Ask me how I know you're a dyel larping fuck

How?

why would rows be in there and not pullups/chinups, the superior upper back builder?

Cool anecdotal story, bro

you could have achieved the same results easier with actual exercise

I really think this shouldn't matter for this conversation but I'm just over 1/2/3/4 @ 159 bw

>implying there is no such thing as skilled labour
wanna know how I know you're a useless soyboy?

>brainlet
t. pencil neck white collar cuck

People smarter than you shovel shit everyday mate, you would be a liability on any worksite, guaranteed

Fucking immigrants shovel shit everyday mate, either you're one or good luck with some arab taking your job in the future.

yeah, just like god and allah and jehovah are all 'different'

you dumb fuck

I hope you're meme-ing for categorizing those 3 as one.

benchlet spotted

also deadlifts are a much better glute builder than squats are

There are so many variations on the row that it's hard to use to measure against itself

>Still doesn't understand SKILLED labour
FYI, there are 'labour' jobs that require a lot of skills/qualifications

Ain't no FOB got an electrical inspectors ticket m8, literally takes years of applicable work experience. I will continue to have one of the most secure jobs in the country, thanks.

some arab can take your shitty desk job.

>what is a made up man in the sky
>what is a control mechanism
>what is 'be good or he will spank you'

it's all the same shit, retard

>t. squats 3pl8 for 2 reps
3 plates is where it gets fun, amigo

>white collared cuck
mate
I admire skilled laborers and craftsmen but you're a fucking stupid copelet

I'm about to retire at 30. Cope with that.

ur gay af

i can do 3+ plates for 5x5 its hard

...

thats pretty good user
what job and how much do you get paid?

Nah that was Heracles that was Greek. Hercules is the Roman adoption of the myth so it would make sense for a statue of him to be in Italy.

210 & 355. Just SS-style workouts and lots of recovery to start. Lately I've been hitting the entire big 4 for 1x5 in one workout about once/week. 1 max set of pullups at the end. Another bench/press workout in between will fit. But I can only low bar squat + deadlift about once a week if I want my low back to recover. Max on both about 4pl8

Oh, and +5lbs/workout on presses. 10 on bench if I'm below my PRs. About at em now, little below. Next workout is 5x290, or maybe 295, and185

That's Athens. Spartans didn't play that gay shit.

t. doesnt know anything about deadlifts or forearms

Because nobody that actually lifts would type out that paragraph of literary diarrhea
