Friendly reminder that weighted dips are superior to bench in just about every way. Unless if you have retarded shoulders that prevent you from performing the movement, or you are a fat fuck powerlifter, you should be doing weighted dips.

being able to do weighted dips is based more on your benching than the other way around. Weighted dips are nothing more than an assistance exercise.

Yeah only if you are a fat powerlifter. If you are lifting just to get stronger and more aesthetic, then it is best to focus on weighted dips.
