5 months. They're shit. 180 squat 100 bench. I'm 5'6". Ate 2500 Cal a day, protein shakes, chicken, I never increased muscle, I LITERALLY could not increase weight and I fought to do it every time.

Yes it is do a 4 or 5 day split with 4 sets and 8-12 reps then every 2 weeks do 5 sets of 4-6 on all lifts. There's no need to do ss unless you want to look like a bloatmax powerlifter.

See above PPL is just as big of a meme as SS. Take a look at any body builder. They don't do PPL. They break the muscles into groups of 4 or 5 days and work them out that way
