I'm getting really depressed trying to hit my protein goal. 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight is about 200g of protein for me. How much chicken do I have to fucking eat?

I need a good meal plan that can hit all of my macros, this is depressing.

I eat eggs for breakfast, Tilapia and veggies for lunch and chicken for dinner. I usually have a protein shake and some Peanut butter in between meals.

I hit 150+ easily.

Its 1g/pound of lean body mass. You are probably 200lbs 25% bf so you need 150 at most.

I weigh 220 and aim for 80g a day. Today i benched 3 plate for 21 reps to gove you a clue on how important protein intake is

post it your reps + your bw or i call bullshit

Bumping. Im at 190g protein per day and I can't fucking do it just with eggs and chicken. Maybe I could do it if I could get my chicken to be more tender than a stack of napkins but I cant no matter what recipe I follow. I think Im gonna go buy a shitload of salmon this week and try that.

Looks about right.

Thats why I take whey protein, easier to hit my goals. 3 solid meals a day with snacks and whey protein inbetween

myprotein sells high quality protein for a good price, theyre having 40% off whey right now

just got a 5kg bag chocolate brownie (200 servings) for only £36

Also, you dont need 1g per lbs, Ive been lifting for 4 years now and am lean with mass. I take between 0.75-0.8g per lbs and still gained strength, built muscle and lost fat the same.

0.75 is easier on my wallet and my stomach

Dont believe the bs about super high protein, use supplements if you can get them for a good price (or if youre lazy and can afford it like me)

>t.myprotein shill

Shoot for 70-80% instead.

Its cheaper than most whey on the market and its high quality

Also I see you skipped my 0.75g per lbs which is much lower than the supp industry"recommends"

>americans
lol here in the West we do 1 gram per KG so i only have to eats about half of what you guys are

85 grams

>falling for the 1gram of protein per pound of bodyweight meme

We are the west you faggot, not you...

and in research 1.8g/kg seems to be optimal amount but imo pointless

Both of you are retarded. The "west" is any culturally European society. It includes CAN, US, and AUS.

Maybe skinny shits like you but those of us that lift need ATLEAST 2g per kg

England is going from the west to the middle east you british cuck

brine the chicken nigger

Switch to keto or carny. I used to struggle to get to 1gm/lb when I ate a bunch of carbs.

Now? My dinner alone was 140g of protein.

Brine in an acidic solution to break down the meat even more.

chicken is infinitely easier to cook than fish
