You work up to a single based on how much the weight hurts your feelings. This alone takes 10 to 20 minutes of waste of time . Then you calculate your working weight based on your hurt feelings single.

Maybe pause squats. I'm assuming you bleed a lot of speed in the hole which causes you to stall halfway. Pauses should help with generating force in your weak range of motion. Hard to say without a video and your stats/time lifting. It could simply be as says and you need more time squatting, if you're a newbie.

That's the sticking point for most people. Assistance is primarily do more squats. Regardless of whether it's due to forward torso lean or misfiring glutes to bring hips through at top, exercises I'd recommend would be the same: rdls, back hyperextensions, hip thrusts and maybe even high rep good mornings.

I wasn't able to grow proper facial hair until I took test and dbol (at some hefty doses). Now I can.

It was certainly not peak /plg/ but hey, nothing ever stays perfect. That was the influx of the neverending torrent of diarrhea though, for sure. I have to say, it's gotten better in the last few months, people actually discuss lifting frequently.

You can never go wrong with paused squats. Also squat for reps here and there, it'll teach you to a) grind with okay form and b) make the whole movement a little more natural.

Those can be tacked on, sure, but if he wants to be a good deadlifter, he should do things that are very similar to deadlifting.

It comes down to why he's rounding his back and it's why training is individual. If he is rounding his back because of a fundamental cueing problem, just pausing his deadlifts won't solve anything, but deloading to broomstick and working his way back up with proper cues will. If it's an issue of him being weak somewhere, then pausing his deadlifts will be more effective.

I did barx8->1pl8x5-2pl8x5-3pl8x2 as my warmup and then 355x3 was like my hamstrings were going to separate from my ass at the tail end of each rep for all 3 sets.

Definitely agree with this guy. I have done bridge 1.0 and 2.0, and never have stretched in that 16 weeks, and I have less nagging injuries and feel better than when I used to do all my bullshit foam rolling/ dynamic stretching bullshit. I just do squats bar sets until it feels comfortable before every single exercise.

Why? What does this help with compared to other deadlift variations?

It's a DL variation that overloads the hips and glutes more than a regular RDL due to increased ROM at the top, and it trains upper back (traps etc) nicely because maintaining tightness with snatch grip is harder.
