Seriously. Just do SS. You'll be done with it in 2-4 (hopefully a bit closer to 4) months, and you can go on to something you more specifically suit your autism. Ideally something still heavily focused on the core barbell lifts, and not PPL.

SL is shit. 5 sets is wearying for a noob. Do "SS," just do light/speed deadlifts instead of power cleans.

Stronglifts is perfectly fine. I started with that and did it for 4 months 4 times a week and liked it a lot.
Sadly had to put gym on hold for a month there, gotta go back to it starting in February.

Any recommendations on what to do after SS specifically? Aesthetics in mind but then again I really wanna continue doing compound lifts.
