I am 5'11''
I went full cutting. 1200-1500 calories and extensive cardio.
I went full 140lbs down from 187lbs.
But then I looked very skinny but most shirts started fitting and neglected.
Then I started cutting again.Weight lifting(no heavy weights) + walking 20000 steps + 1500 calories. I almost lost all my love handles I was so happy. But no abs. Only if you touch them you can feel.I was 130 lbs.
I am back to square one with 140 lbs with love handles.
