I think i'm at about 22-23 right now still need to lose another 3-4 kg before start seeing 20%.
Not in a rush to lose the weight really my current goals are a 160kg bench which i'm 15 kgs away from that and a 250 squat which i'm a good 32.5 kgs away from.

Though if you haven't lost more than 10% of your bw you shouldn't experience a huge drop in strength tbqh. I trimmed down 3-4 kgs from christmas while doing memeburn and still made progress.

4 scoops whey
500ml milk
1 large banana
50g peanut butter
50g nutella

Makes 2 pint glasses and suprisingly not that thick

It was going well until a few weeks ago actually. Just lost my ability to bench anything remotely heavy. I think the fatigue just got to me. From benching 220+ no problem to struggling on 200x2

I'm taking a deload this week to just get rid of a little elbow pain and general tiredness then into meet prep for 8 weeks.

Main aim is to just total 900+ (shouldnt be a problem unless I royally fuck it up) and then I'll probably lose a bit of weight because my health is really starting to take a hit up here

Use more oats, drop the dextrose and use it intra/post workout

To be honest I say this like it's all fallen apart, squats and deads are going well, just bench is being weird at the moment
