Did I finally make it?

Did I finally make it?

Squat is so bad due to injury.

Also symmetrical strength thread.

5'11

Incline 205 x 5
OHP 175 x 2
Pull up: 90 x 4
Dead: 415
Front squat: 255

I hate deadlifting I used to be good at it but no longer I really have to start up again.

thats pretty good how heavy are you

Im 6'1
bench 235 x 10
ohp 145 x 10
chinup 5x5
dead ??? probably like 300 safely
high back squat 315x15

>dead ??? probably like 300 safely
>high back squat 315x15
literally how is this possible

i didn't deadlift for a year and still pulled 100lbs over my squat max easily

I just get very worried about doing something wrong I know its some shit I gotta get back into deadlifting for sure just very worried about form
I am quite confident when it comes to my squat and other things though maybe ill see again i do other things for my posterior chain like leg curls ect just never hit the dl

you didn't put in 10 reps in right? it's really inaccurate at 5+ reps

what app is this ?

pecs and triceps are both novice, everything else is untrained. been lifting 3 months

Could it be low test that causes me to have woman tier lift proprtion?

yeah I did I imagine my one rep max for squat isnt 420 pounds or bench is def not 315 like it says but I do feel I have decent strength in those areas.

Looks like you finally made it, you son of a gun!

170 forgot weight.

I spent 1.5 years in a machine only gym, then moved to a legit gym in August.

I feel like I wasted so much time now...

working on blue guy right now

The important thing is that you made the first steps to lift better. I made the mistake of using machines instead of free weights. I never felt like I got a real workout until I did barbell and dumbbell training.

160 lbs, 2.5 years of lifting.

here, the only true waste of time is doing nothing at all. i made my first attempt at getting fit 7 years ago, when i was 21. gave up after a few weeks. tried and gave up a few more times over the intervening years. now i'm 28, it took me 3 months to reach purple guy, and i've finally learned the lesson. just keep going to the gym, because 7 years of even mediocre improvement is still unbelievably better than 7 years of no improvement at all.

If I don't get aesthetically jacked I'm gonna kms.

Here's mine. Possibly.

...

OH NO NO NO

help:(

Finally starting to leave the purple zone. So much time wasted. Then again I started from pink.

5’8
DL: 115
Squat: 115
Bench: 90

Just finished week 3 of lifting

Forgot to post le purple mane

seems like you are still wasting time since you skip leg day.

Im not though. Squat is literally the lift im making the most improvement on

been running ss for about 2 months, having a good time improving

>not even at 2/3/4 yet after 1 year, though cutting for 7 months
>not even close to 3 or 4
God dammit I fucking hate lower body

Work out your fucking rear delts, you pussy faggot

I'm on to you fags

Forgot to mention those are all 5RMs

pls be my gf

Good work, keep it up

I'm kind of you in small. Could be.
Does your fat also distribute mostly to thighs and ass?

I focused a lot on OHP instead of bench, so am lagging behind on that a lot. Now I also injured the tissue around my ribs, so benching is excruciatingly painful and can only do baby weight.

show ass

Is the 90x4 pull up all 4 reps from deadhang?

Because I can tehnically do 3-4 reps but only first one is from deadhang.

Also, did you test 1RM on pullups?

No you

im not a grill

That's not an excuse. I might not be interested in your ass, but there are enough faggots on here who are. Don't leave them hanging.

I don't like where this conversation is going so I'm going to log off now.

I lost focus a long time ago and haven't progressed in over 2 years.

Kinda inaccurate of my actual strength since I don't do deads/squats a lot due to back issues

What app is this

I mean I do face pulls, is that enough

>$3.99
is it worth it? looks like a meme app normies would fall for to prove how stronk they are

its a website too....google symmetric strength

>safely
You have an inflated sense of danger when it comes to deadlift. I've injured my back more times from swimming (twisted my neck funny and was sore for half a week) than I have from diddly.
You can squat my 1RM like 10 times, but I've safely pulled 463 in competition.

Good. OHP is a patrician (matrician?) lift.

tfw no teal gf
tfw no gf at all
someone kill me now to end the pain

Just curious
how heavy are your lifts?

Symmetric strength

Lose weight

3 months of "lifting" which means I've mostly been doing whatever I feel like doing and not eating properly. I just can't keep my form correct when squatting, I keep falling forward when I try to go above 60kg (120lbs).

>strongest lift OHP

3 months of "lifting" while not eating and sleeping enough.

I can't keep my form correct when doing squats, I fall forward when trying to go above 65kg.

>no tit gains

Started lifting this monday (22yo, 270lbs, 6'5")
Squats are my weakest area, followed by deadlifts (even though I love deadlifting). My quads, glutes, and hip flexors need a LOT of work.

Keep going senpai, I had huge issues with squat form as well. Got to 90kg, then seriously had to stop and fix my form because my knees were starting to hurt.
Took me a month to fix it because apparently I'm retarded, but it was worth it.

I don't have the guts to post in those threads BECAUSE I'm blue man

Oh...

Yeah. Think I'm going to change to a PPL routine already instead of stronglifts because I can't keep up with all the squatting and can't think of anything to replace them with either.

New years fag here, still trying to learn to squat cause I am retarded and have walked on my toes my whole life pretty much so keeping my heels to the ground is impossible while squatting.

Hopefully after stretching this whole month I will be able to squat, I could squat sumo but not sure if I should bother with it.

>still learning to squat
>squat muscles are all 1 tier above all other muscle groups
FUCK YOU

I don't even know how the website fucking calculated my legs at all, deadlift maybe?

>been "lifting" for year+
>lifting "seriously" on SS for ~ 5-6mos
>started SL this past month
>literally dyel status
>still haven't gained any considerable mass

truth. loving life since i quit working as a retail wageslave

no shit. I'm 6'4" at least so it's not as bad as it looks but still bad.

Your legs will catch up fast. They can carry a ton of weight already based on your size. Just wait until your CNS adapts to the work and you'll see big numbers very fast.

which lift on that site works the calves?
