test levels dont matter if you dont experience symptoms because it more dependant on your androgen receptor density

i got this from feigenbaum and it makes a lot of sense. Its about how much test your body actually can bring into the cell, thats what matters. So you could be low test based on a test but if you naturally have a lot of receptors relatively you basicly would experience high test symptoms

this made me realize that if you have low amount of receptors youre basicly a permanent gde even if you use roids you would need to use more compared ot someoneelse.

Most people can. Try deload weeks, or change your training focus to off-season variations when you're beat up.

Stop working near your max. Do more submaximal volume. Do high rep Bulgarian Split Squats with bodyweight.

Only times I've hurt my back were Mementum 2016 and earlier when I was more or less trying to LP my lifts on 5-6 hours of sleep and 100g protein a day.

You dont need a "block" just add tempo squats 3-0-1

Start too light. Progress slow. Do supplementary conditioning that strengthens your legs. Push prowler, jump, sprint hills, weighted carries, biking, hiking.

Tbqh I feel like that's not far off from my standard squat tempo with moderate weights.

basically do what feels right. if there comes a time that you decide sambas aren't supportive enough, there's lots of good other options

Yeah, I've been squatting in PL2's for over a year, lately I realized I've been fighting to keep from going onto my toes for as long as I can remember. Back to flats for a while.

I had a little bit of issue with being pitched with my adipowers. realized that my problem was the I wasn't pushing my hips back enough and I was arching my back/flaring my ribs
I like my squatting shoes, but I can also see how easily they can be counterproductive if you don't lift in them properly

I've just been too much of a slug the last few months

I can't consistently squat pain free low bar, it's just a little too much for my hips, so I squat kind of mid (aka high) bar with a good amount of hip hinge. A lot of sit back tends to lead to SI discomfort within three or four squat sessions.

It could either help or risk inducing more fatigue. Problem is that you really don't have a way of knowing until you try.
If you're doing the 6 week program, I would not personally recommend doing it until AFTER week2
And even then, I would recommend doing it based on you front squat max or estimated max and keeping it below 80%

No, but also not for that reason. There's no "athletic" reason you need to squat more than maybe 2xbw for a few reps, and there's no reason all except pure vanity to slam shitloads of anadrol.

Powerlifting is a meme sport and you are probably not very good at it. Get strong (enough), get big and jacked (enough), and have fun breaking PRs, but recognize that you will hit a certain limit and have to work very hard for a very long time to move past that limit, and even then only in very small increments.

It's good to have a strong front squat and power clean, it's good to be able to run a few miles without dying. It's good to live long enough to see your kids have kids.
