Who's /earlybird/ here?

Who's /earlybird/ here?

10 hour sleeper coming through

more like who /cantsleep/ here

> tfw you smoke a joint and sleep 12 hours

>gym day
>wake up at 4 am
>rest day
>wake up at 8 am
What a sorcery is this.

Opposite. I work nights, just got in bed.

how to sleep 10 hours?

By not having a job. All I do is eat, lift, study and sleep

I've been awake since yesterday 10AM. 6AM now and I'm not even really that tired.
I don't know what to do.

i am neet too brother but i only sleep like 7 hours

>Up every day at 5am
>Go visit family for holidays
>They're up and loud until 2-3am
>Mfw my body wakes me up at 5am w/o alarm
>Mfw I have no face after 10 days of 2 hours sleep.

how do i achieve this life

Wake up betweeb 5 and 6 everyday. Usually closer to 5. If it is a lifting day I study or read, otherwise I go to swim in as soon as I take a dump.

Ideally I will fall asleep around 8-9:30 but that happens only about half the time.

I am currently trying out polyphasic sleep. Went to sleep at 10 and woke at 4. 3 hours later now my rooms are clean, bathroom is clean. I ate, showered and am currently doing some french hmwrk. Feels good to be productive.

not him, but be a graduate student. I do it too, 10-11 hours of GH releasing sleep. Lift 5 times a week, eat surplus on lifting days and fast on rest days

My circadian rhythm is all fucked up. Can't get to sleep at night and sleep in too much. I workout every day but I don't have a job.

sounds so comfy. how do you make money though

I got it through buttcoins.
Can live comfortably for a decade or two without doing anything
I dunno, I have this 3-5 minute window after first waking up (if I even do that) that I can get back in bed and fall asleep almost immediately, so I often do that

of course I make shit money compared to a full time worker, but it's decent for a student. I'm a teaching assistant as a part time job (making 1.5k/month), it's enough to get by until I'm starting my PhD. It's all temporary, but I'm enjoying this current part of my life where all I do is train and study. I'm yuro btw, we start studying a bit later than the americans

Simple, be a lazy tide-pod eating millienal.
Your generation was a mistake.

nice man, what are you gonna get your phd in?

3:30AM wake upper, reporting in.

Lazy fuck

do you go to sleep at like 7pm? autism

physics, if everything goes well

Generally between 8:30 and 9PM. I'm more productive in the morning, so I hit the gym and do chores before going into work around 8AM. After work, it's generally just dinner, dishes, and a bit of TV or vidya before going to sleep.

12h sleepin here
Well im in the army and my shift is 8:00 to 20:00
So i sleep every day 12 h

Are you mad because you spent your entire life """working hard""" because that's what you were supposed to do and now you have nothing to show for it?

Tide pod eating morons are better than you because at least they're not actively fucking it all up, boomercuck.

COPE

Slept 11-8 feels good. Wish I could sleep like this during the week.

YAWNNNN. good morning!

Only to jack off then its back to sleep

What should I be doing in mornings then? The days when I take my cousin swimming at 6am suck ass, since I come home at 6.30 and then what? I aint got shit to do in the mornings.

My sleep has been fucked up working third shift. I'm going to work regular hours and still can't get good sleep. Either sleep two hours and still feel tired or sleep four hours, wake up, then for another 10 hours during the day feeling like shit afterwards.

Cope harder tide boy, I own my own business and make alot more money.than you poor fag.

Something productive

9pm to 6am everyday. I love waking up for school without an alarm

> 5 am wake
> gym by 530
> shower at gym, head to campus
> 7 am: oats and firecracker (flashcards for medfags)
> class and studying until 5pm most days
> 5-9pm cook dinner, fuqq tha gf, listen to JRE
> 1-3 days a week some long school event like practice physical exam so i studyh until 8
> weekends play pickup sports, chores, light studying, chill with the bros

who /depression kicks in everytime you wake up/ here?

Only when I get dreams about love

Ordinarily, since last summer, I am, getting up at 4:00am, take a little time wake up, make chai or coffee, then do whichever training I need to do that day before going to work. Haven't been getting up earlier than 6:00am since the week before christmas, since I had the goddamned flu, then lung issues caused by the flu. Should start getting back to that schedule next week though, I think.

can take up to a year to fully recover from the flu

>tfw you always wake up a couple minutes before the alarm goes off

Do you go to bed at 9?

>forgot to set alarm
>still wake up on time

It's like I'm in the x-men

>can take up to a year to fully recover from the flu
Yeah, we'll see about that. I'm not blowing off an entire race season just because of the gods-be-damned flu. Team doc cleared me to slowly start getting back to training if I feel up to it, and I'm damned well going to.

phenibut and sleep 12+. shits crazy

>premed faggot shoehorning in to talk about how he's premed

why am i not surprised

teach me your ways

went to bed at 9pm
woke up at noon

feels good man

Slowly discovering the secret of /earlytorise/
>get to be comfy in the morning waking up with coffee
>no more rushing to get to work
>walk into work relaxed, awake, and ready to go
>starting to wake up at the same time every day regardless of alarm
>more daylight to do stuff outside
>don't want to waste the weekend sleeping
>found a comfy traditional 8AM church service with solid old-time preaching
>get tired by 10PM every night and fall asleep with minimal effort
>sleep quality is much better, wake up refreshed

Once i finish cutting (former fatty), I'm gonna start getting up at 5:30 to lift before work

same. except i usually clock out at 10 pm instead. i always put alarms on just in case but i've naturally woken up 1+ hrs before them consistently for a year now

>teach me your ways
What's to teach? You start getting up at 4:00am and get shit done. By the end of the first week you're getting used to it. By the end of the first month you're getting sleepy at 8:00pm. Just do it.

most week nights

??
firecracker is for med school not premed

this. bigly.

How do you fall asleep?

Bed by 9 pm, up by 4 am.
>teacher
>So tired from acting for 10 hours every day it's easy to sleep

>Gym for 1 hour only. Maybe one day i'll up it to 2 for cardio (former super fatty, just a fatty right now)

>Go to bed early, wake up early
>Feel exhausted through the day

>Go to bed late, sleep in
>Feel sluggish through the day

There's no winning

sleep hygiene, exercise daily, habituation

A lot of my friends do this regularly, I don't know how they (or anyone) can function. I feel delirious after an all-nighter, and borderline high if I'm consuming a bunch of caffeine and nicotine to stay sharp.

6am reporting in

>tfw shift worker

>I fast when my body is trying to recover

I have to get up at 5am for work, but that's only three days a week.

Fellow medfag here, 2 months til MD, enjoy the comfy study life while you can my friend, currently doing a research internship.
>5:30 am wake up, eat, prepare lunch, shower etc.
>6:15 travel to hospital
>7:45 arrive at hospital
>set up stuff, do measurements, write some parts of article etc.
>17:00 travel home (this is early because I do research and not clinical work)
>19:00 arrive home, cook, eat, relax or study
>21:15 go to bed

If I go gym on weekdays i cook a meal day before eat something while traveling and eat when I get back home. Guaranteed shit sleep and tired next day though. I usually read or study while commuting, sometimes shitposting on Veeky Forums

5 am guy here on the weekdays, try to be in bed by 9 pm the night before
>either lift/run whatever day it is
>eat breakfast
>get ready for work by 8
weekends i fail but i try to be in bed by 12 and get up at 8, liftin schedule is a little more random, heading to the gym later tonight, week days i stick to a schedule

Meds

it's rather a less strict IF plan, I'm eating a shitton on lifting days after the session and a following rest day is usually spent on delaying the eating window as far as possible. Works well so far, no strength loss and steady, controlled weight loss. Down to 97 kg from 99 kg since starting the cut on christmas

Happened to me and made me ill. Fix it

Hi idra

I'm a fucking neet, I wake up at 7pm, eat, then gym in LA fitness from 9 - 11 then spend all my time on Veeky Forums and sleep at 9am ;))

eat well
drink water throughout the day
exercise vigorously

I imagine a porn version of harry potter with different characters until i get so bored I fall asleep
