Ive gotten up to 1250 pushups a week, varying distance of my hands from shoulder width/ab work 2x a week/ run 45 miles a week/ plyo once a week

Other two are after less than a year of working out at 197lbs. My old phone with normal before pics ended up in water so I took this pic from a video.

My quads and ass are pretty weak. Would 2-3 months of leg and ass work (along with the rest of my body ofcourse) and a clean bulk put me at 210lbs?

I don't see any real back workout. And I notice this because you have the "curlbro" physique (aka, forward with the shoulders, not a particularly impressive V taper due to lacking lats, etc, but a nice chest)
You certainly look way better than the average normie, but I would highly recommend just getting a brosplit routine and sticking to that. It feels somewhat like, you have a few muscles that are very nicely worked, but then a lot of muscles that barely get worked at all. Try a brosplit for a few weeks, just to see if some of your muscles get very sore, because if that's the case, then you just found the muscles you haven't been working.

As I said man, I had before pics under the same lighting and no shirt on, even flexing in some, but my phone ended up in water and all is lost so I have to resort to this. And my left arm in the before pic is much thinner than the right because I had an axe accident, cut my tendon and ended up in surgery and in cast.

What frames do you recommend?

gonna post this months progress update here, decided to keep cutting...gonna go until May to make it a whole year. Already working on planning out a "lean bulk". Kinda never bulked before in my life so it's gonna be interesting.

The whole prospect of a bulk is really throwing me off. People here seem to eat like 4000 calories/day and get huge but I feel like that's a one-way ticket to fat town. At the same time though will eating maintenance or just above(+100-200 cals) provide any results?

routine is largely bodyweight, aside from db rows/curls, and I spend about 30 minutes stretching daily. So I could achieve some OK results with a small caloric surplus? I don't really care about getting bigger fast, just making consistent progress when the time comes.
