A, D, E, and K2 you should be getting from the same place regardless of your diet. Green and orange vegetables for beta-carotene that your body uses to make vitamin A, nuts and greens for vitamin E, and leafy green vegetables for vitamin K, which your own body turns into K2. Vitamin D is more situational. If you live in a place where adequate sun exposure can cover vitamin D needs by synthesis, do that. If not, vitamin D supplementation is the only reliable way to maintain your levels.

B12, either swap cow's milk for fortified non-dairy milk, or even better, take a B12 supplement. Meat is not a reliable source of absorbable B12.
