Keep bulking. I know it can seem weird to put on more weight, but cutting to a good fat level without the muscle mass can be dissappointing when you do get there.

About a year and a half or more in by now. Still trying to get big, but keep hitting walls on my bulk. Took a month or so off and spent a good month not lifting like I should because of work, but I'm back on my program again and ready to hit those weight heavy and hard.

You're only 19 too, so let your body and muscles really grow while you're in prime muscle building condition. Worry about getting shredded when you have something there.

Should I lift or swim?

Cant be fucked finding older pictures, but picture related is current after a big meal. I went from weighting 60~ kg at 6ft, to now 90kg. Went from struggling and my back feeling like it's going to break squatting 30kg to now 168kg.

I do nothing but lift heavy, concentrate on my oly lifts, and eat.

Will bulk now until around 98kg.

I've been lifting for half a year now, went from 145 lbs. to 167. My back won't seem to go wider but it's definitely getting thicker though. Not sure what the problem is since I do a wide variety of back exercises and focusing on the lateral muscles.

Am I still considered DYEL status? I feel like my arms are still too tiny. My coworkers mentioned that it's gotten bigger but I don't see it.

I'm still a total beginner at this, any help would be appreciated. I'm trying to go for the Captain America body, but eating a lot of food frequently is my biggest hurdle.

I know, it's just hard to consume that much. I'm already so full from my second big meal of the day, but I counted everything up and it's only 2500.

But it's not, consume 2 meals, and then consume shakes.

Add whey in a shake, 2-3 scoops of oats, bit of olive oil, peanut butter etc... there's at least 1000calories.

Yeah it helps with injuries, sleep, and skin but it makes you lethargic and hungry ( Right after taking it). My pain just came from water retention, not really an injure. The hunger gets unreal.

Eat a lot more. I was 160 at 6' my freshman year of high school. I had to eat 5k+ a day to get out of twink mode. Do your fucking deadlifts.
