Yes.

You leave it to fix on it's own, you won't be lifting weights for months.

Maybe ask your doctor or a physical therapist instead of a Chinese basket weaving forum.

In both elbows? Bet advice would be don't touch a weight for at least a month.

>month

I had it in my right elbow, it took like 3-4 months to heal and i still lifted in that mean time. I hammered the right arm hard to force blood flow.

Haven't touched em for 3 months.

I did. She knew nothing and just told me supplements will kill me. And I can't afford going to any specialist.

Can you now shut up and go lift?

Would you guys say lifting with shoulder tendonitis would be a bad idea?

Okay, I will.

Every single time i had tendonitis, i still lifted. If it was severe i took ibuprofen. Pushed through it and i have not had elbow tendinitis or tendinitis anywhere else for a very long time.

"knock on wood"

OP here, I tried to lift through it, but it just got so severe that I'd lose feeling in my thumb and would get pins and needles in my hands

Take ibuprofen, and also lower the weight. Another thing i also always did after a workout was when i was in the shower and i was finished i'd turn it on cold and spray the water on my elbow or where ever i had the tendinitis for about 5-10 minutes.

I'll try ibuprofen. Did your elbows crack a lot when you had it?

Don't remember my elbows, but my knees did like it was made out of rice crackers.

>cant afford to go to any specialists
I went to a physio whose treatment allowed me to bench and ohp pain-free immediately for $40. That was one of the most expensive in my radius as well. Youre american, im guessing?

No I'm eastern european.

I though they had good healthcare over there? Or are you just poor?

No, they have shit health care plus im poor

really depends on where you're at. if you pay insurance it mostly free but doctors don't give a fuck and expect money under the table.
if they see they can't get any they shoo you off

Barring you having some sort of trauma you didn’t mention, this will help.
