Toasted ryebread w. cottage cheese, a slice of ham, a slice of cheese, a fried egg, homepickled red onions and parsley on top.

Takes approx 5 minuttes to prep in the morning and shit is cash!

I eat either 200 kcal of oatmeal with 100kcal of powdered peanut butter or 3 eggs with either a bit of cheese or some diced potato, whatever I feel like that comes out to about 300kcal overall. Wash down with a liter of water and some S I P S.
