i realized that i often feel tired and shit, and generally suffer from low energy that impedes doing,well anything useful

i wouldn't call myself depressed, 90% of the time i have basically no emotions at all, or they are very weak, but i do spend a lot in front of computer

i already do eat quite a lot of salt, possible that it is that

pretty much eat anything, but i have no idea how much i should. I drink whey protein and eggs sometimes to get the proteins up tho. Lots of meat, i always did, but again i'm not sure about quantity

run more, it will get you to sleep earlier and make you feel great. Sleep without an alarm clock. Eat at least 50grams of protein per day with all non and essential amino acids. Lift. Have meaning in life and look back upon death to life, not life to death. Also, get tested for STDs because you may have one. You can also get your blood tested for low levels of B12 or something. Also stay off smoking and alchohol

Could be a lot of different medical conditions. Anemia/ iron deficiency is one. Go to a Dr
