Just got my first trt kit for the month. Gonna do my first 200mg test shot in the morning. 200mg a week. I'm 30yo 5'10" 125 and just started going to the gym but I found out my test was 95ng/ml so that is why I'm starting trt. Am I gonna finally get gains?

No carbs are sugar, yup. Try to keep it under 20 carbs. If it helps, you can look up meal plans online, or research them yourself. First off, look at what your maintenance calories are, then decrease those by 20% (you probably already knew this). Then, just eat protein to keep the muslce from deteriorating, and fat for energy. You look like you could benefit from fasting instead, but that takes willpower, I'd just do regular keto to start out.

If this is honestly the best you feel like you can do natural with a general workout of compound lifts, just prioritise your workouts around getting really good at a single exercise/or focus on a single muscle group, while maintaining the rest of your lifts. This should help to increasing muscle size in a specific area. Then move onto another area and so on.
