I'm an eternal dyel and squat more than most of the non dyles in my gym.
Not that many seem to squat in the first place, but whenever they do, it's always sub 2pl8 quarter squats.
Exept the 2 roid monkeys. They squat more than me with proper form.

If highbar, stop resting it on your c5, put it on your traps. Develop them more. If lowbar, it should be resting on your rear delts.
