I just started squatting the other day again after not doing it for 2 years or so, easing back into it, I just maintained OHP 1 plate, Bench 2 plate, and Deadlift 3.5 plate, because I had no motivation to progress.

Goal right now is to get Deadlift to 4 plate and squat to 3 plate.

Three monts into lifting. Feels bad being a weaklet

What the hell is wrong with you all?

Seriously just like do any beginner program and push harder

We're doing a novice program, we are pushing very hard, its just that we are not NEET like you with no life stresses that affects our workout.

you're retarded, 40 kg ohp to 50 kg bench is disproportionate, ohp should be around 60-65% of bench. A 40 kg ohp is about equal to a 1pl8 bench or slightly above 1pl8

>1.75/3/5/6 reporting in

>being this disproportionate
manlet, or at least leglet

what are you talking about? He's as proportional as it gets on both upper and lower body lifts. Maybe you quoted the wrong post

i did not quote wrong lol,
1.75 to 3 is disproportionate
as is 3 to 5/6

i'm at 0.9/2/2/4

Oh i thought it was bodyweight! Jeez I am retarded
0.66/1/2/2.5

1.75 to 3 is not disproportionate, its just right. 2 to 3 would be disproportionate, it should be 2/3.5

>dyel detected
actually 2 to 3 IS proportionate
OHP should be 2/3 of bench..
him (and most likely YOU too) is/are shoulderlet(s)

Lifting for 6.5 months

5.5 months*

2 to 3 is not 2/3 you brainlet
2/3 of 140 is just above 90 (which is 1.75)
And that would lead to 2/3.25, not 2/3

1.5/2.5/4/5

I have long legs and a wide back so its proportionate.

well, it still isnt 2/3.5 you brainlet

Do you unironically put 6kg plates on the bar?

I dont get it

Calling someone a shoulderlet because they OHP 1.75 plates. Nice try buddy

with your fucking 2/3 ratio faggot
most athletes that focus on both will get closer to a 60-65% ratio (closer to 0.65 tbqh, even though some PLcels get down to 50-55%), 2/3 to 70% is strongman-tier
140*0.65 = 91 kg, almost 1.75/3 on the dot
100 with a 65% percentage leads admittedly to 154 kg, but it's still closer to 3.5

1.75 is fucking shit mate, im at 2, and i still think its low af
also, anything sub-2pl8 looks dyel, trust me

1.75 is advanced no matter how you look at it, faggot

I hate my chest just end me

>64kg for 5+ reps on seated dumbell press.
>Can barely handle 40kg strict OHP for 3-4.

I fucked up didn't I ?

fucking moron detected

people who do seated shoulder press tend to rely too much on turning it into an incline press leaning against the bench. It's normal to do less on standing strict press

post pics you flaming cunt. jesus christ what a fucking autist, lying online

145/200/whocaresaboutsquats/315. All for 3x5. I only started deadlifting seriously 2 weeks ago so I should hit like 350 in month or so. 6 months of serious lifting lads

And how bad is this? Am I hurting my other lifts? Shoulders look and feel good. (I do Stronglift 5x5)

>tfw lower back problems from the army.

I hope your arms are angled to the front (just as in a strict press) and not to the side. Pressing sideways (like bodybuilders tend to do) is bad for your shoulders in the long run

5 rep maxes. I know I can squat more but part of my posterior chain is lacking so I fail on form but my quads and ass can handle it.

Deadlift, those bicep tear videos fucked me up. Mixed grip I can pull more than three pl8 but I want my forearms to be strong too.

Generally when i diddly i do 4-5 warm-up sets of increasing weight, up to 300lb, and do double overhand for those, and then mixed grip for my one set at working weight. Works for me to keep shit balanced

Thanks m8. I'm on fits GSLP variant but I really have no idea about warming up. I usually just throw 1 pl8 on whatever bar and bust out like 10 reps for squats bench or Deadlift

I'm around 1/1/2/2.5 right now. Is 1/2/3/4 really proportionate?

3 plates DL is light years ahead of those other lifts.

For any brainlets wondering about the formula, its Lift Minus 20kg divided by 40

>B-But muh freedom units

A lot of people are stupid enough to fall for it. Don’t start talking shit about it now though. If you’re going to act like garbage, you might as well stand by your garbage.

Lift minus 45 pounds divided by 90

what am i, a fucking wizard?

...

Fuck that. I want you to admit to all of us, right now, that you’re being lazy and just using that as an excuse. I broke my neck and back in a car accident 7 years ago. To this day I’m in constant pain. Sometimes it’s a dull roar, other times it sharp and excruciating. But I lift as much as I can, and easily got to 1/2/3/4, and I’ve only been lifting since november. As of now, I’m at 1.5/2.5/4/5
