Jesus, you should have some blue by now. I'm 6 weeks in and I went from all pink to all purple (except hip flexors?) If my body weight stays the same (I'm fat, not skele, so I'm netting weight loss) I'd kill myself if I didn't improve my BP by 40lbs in the next 5 months.

Well, it's relative strength using that site. They should be fairly balanced. It's weird because guys all want arms and chest, you almost always see an imbalance of strong front over weak back.

After floundering for years and never doing SS because I had no idea wtf I was doing, my current routine is kind of a PPL. Not bothering with giving rep ranges for all the assistance exercises but I generally do 3 sets each

legs
>3x5 back squats
>3x8-12 front squat
>weighted lunges
>leg raises
>hamstring curls
>calf raises

Push AKA chest/tris
>3x5 flat bb bench, then 225 for as many as I can do last set, like 12
>3x8-10 incline bb bench
>OHP, 3x5-10, will probably go down to 5s soon, but I just started doing BB standing OHP again after like two years of not so I'm going lighter for now
>DB side lateral raises, 3x8-12
>upright rows,3x8-12
>tricep pulldowns w/rope 3x12-15
>weighted dips, 3x8-12
>lying tricep extensions
>incline db chest flyes

Pull AKA back:
>Deadlift 3x5 (was doing higher volume, on all my compounds actually, recently dropped them all to heavy 5s)
>Heavy barbell rows rippetoe style, each rep starts from the floor, 3x8-10
>Iso lateral rows
>pullups, currently do 15 reps for the first set which is basically my max, then 3 more sets as many as I can. About to add weight

Thats why people work in a weight class they can exceed in. A 5’4 guy weighing 300 pounds will never do as well as a 6’4 guy weighing 300.

did you change your diet after you turned 16 ? there is a good chance that if you are still in that growing period you can still grow more if you increase your bone density through calcium sups and just adding shit like milk into your diet
