You just have to be more confident bro. To be honest a large part in getting a good diddly is leverages. From your lifts I'm gessing you have short arms and a long torso. Try a new 5rm every week. If you can no longer add weight move to 3rm every week. Finally, if you can't add weight again move to 1rm every week. Another thing I'll add is find people who lift heavy on diddly and compete to see who lifts the most every week. It's a good motvator
