I do OHP and lateral raises (12x4) for delts but it doesnt seem to help a lot.
OHP is 55kg for 5's, laterals I do with 10kg.

For lats I mostly do weighted pullups (5x4 with 20kg added, full rom from dead hang).

My diet and routine change up drastically depending on what areas I feel need improvement on. Right now I want to cut hard so I'm eating about 2,000 calories per day and getting 200g of protein and getting enough carbs to sustain hard cardio. Avoid sugars, oils and processed foods.

Run 3 miles on the treadmill at 6mph without taking breaks

This routine/diet has been dropping about 1lb per week but my 1RM on most of my lifts have dropped by about 5% in the last month. I'm cool with that though.. I want to get down to about 195 and then clean bulk back up to 200.

Trying to cut down 15-20 to get lean and then ill reassess. So far everything seems pretty much where i want it besides the bodyfat level.

Then use the info from it. Find your maintenance calpries' get a food scale and use myfitnesspal to track your macros. Get a gym membersgip and get on a split and hit everything twice a week. Always put more weight on the bar each week and force yourself to the brink of failure on each set. You just need to work hard and eat and youll make it.

Thanks man. Yes, natty and always will be. Every time I post my picture people don't believe me, but why would I even bother lying to random anons on the internet. I will also say this picture is with a fresh chest and arms pump in great lighting.
I'm 6'2" and just under 180lbs. Currently bulking so a slightly heavier now.

How to get better obliques? I feel like I've been cursed with terrible insertions not to mention dyel mode. I want to get rid of the fat around my sides.

Stop cutting. Just lift. Let your body develop a build

these are far from bad obliques. what do you think good obliques are suposed to look like?

broad shoulders, good chest inserts, bu looking at your arms and traps, you haven't really started lifting
