Nah, pretty counterproductive in my opinion unless you really need a mental break.

Have a refeed day (high as fuck carbs, especially starchy carbs like pasta, bread, etc, avoid fructose as that will just replenish liver glycogen and not muscle glycogen, low fat, keep protein low/moderate too) once every 2-3 weeks once you get to about 12-14%. I feel like I don't need them until I get really lean and flat looking so I personally don't bother until I get to around what I reckon would be 12%
