For 1 serving:

Dry ingredients:
2 packets of sugar or sugar alternative
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup oats
1/8 teaspoon salt

Wet ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk or non-dairy alternative

Assemble and mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Pour milk in small saucepan and heat to medium-high. Cook to a simmer. Add vanilla extract and stir. Lower heat to medium. Add dry ingredients and stir. Cook to desired consistency, stirring occasionally throughout.

Enjoy your dessert.

I just pour a little milk on it and set it in microwave for 90 seconds. Then I mash in a banana and eat that shit.

I don't know depends on my calories for the day. a tbsp of butter is like 200 calories I eat like 60grams of fat daily. So usually 1 tablespoon. No I'm not fat.

I use natural flavored whey and vanilla yoghurt, but I'm guessin I'm in a minority. The vanilla and cinnamon is what makes it pop.

First of cinnamon is crucial for goatmeal. Google cinnamon and glucose spikes.
Second, 1 cup of wet per 100g of oats; I prefer that new silk almond and cashew milk.
Mix with carnation instant breakfast.
1 banana per 150g of oats. Round down.
Add either 2 tbps peanut butter per 100g oats or 50g regular peanuts.
Protein powder optional.

What you want to do is get 2 tablespoons of 100% natural peanut butter, a banana, and some blueberries. Add almond milk and cinnamon once it’s all done and you’ll have a bowl of oats that’s delicious. The key is frozen blueberries and a frozen banana, but any frozen fruit will do. The heat of the oats will thaw the frozen fruit naturally, making it mush in and spread the flavor around said oats. If you also feel like it, dump in a raw egg while the oats are cooking, and just stir it up inside the pot.

I usually do one of three things with my oats:

1. Standard Oatmeal w/ milk + fruit

2. Yogurt + oats + Peanut Butter or Honey + Banana. All mashed up

3. Blend oats into my shake

toast oats until they start to smell nice
make an opening in the middle and throw in some garlic. cook until it smells nice
dump in low sodium chicken broth, or 2/3 regular chicken broth and 1/3 water
cook until creamy
