Quick healthy recipes. 3 ingredients, 10 minutes to prepare

99% of people love food. I appreciate and respect food but i just hate the process of eating and having to prepare food all the time.

For breakfast I mix oats, blueberries, banana, ginger, chiaseeds, rapeseed oil, peanut butter and oatmilk. Drink it like a smoothie real quick. 1000 kcal.

But I need regular food for work. What are healthy, quick lunch/dinners that fill you up. Like 3 ingredients, should take max 10 minutes to prepare.

i do half pound of lean meat, 200 calories of carbs, and then like 150 cals of whatever i need to make the meal (cheese, breadcrumb, sauce, etc)

you can make 4 meals in about 10 minutes, just gotta grill the meat and do the rice, potato, pasta or whatever. meal prepping saved my life

Tuna, a little bit of BBQ sauce and either hominy or quinoa. Very filling and the way I portion it I get around 50g of protein and I'm very full afterward.

bit of cottage cheese

Chicken breast and complex carbs with veggies sometimes.

The variety of my meals fluctuates so god damn much.
