How big is the boxer. If he's considerably smaller than me I'll take my chances with trying to tackle him to the ground. I have no striking experience whatsoever so won't win in a stand-up but I also have no ground experience either so can't see myself out-wrestling a much larger opponent.

My only chance is having a significant weight and strength advantage over some twink boxer and managing to take him down before he knocks he senseless.
