Be me
Should probably delete this thread because that unfounded pride is about to come toppling down pretty fucking quick...

I'm assuming you wern't training deadlifts in that time and this was your first time?
femanon?
Congrats on making it to the level of an untrained skinny high schooler
>happily spazzed out for a couple of seconds once I hit 135 OHP
good on you op, keep at it. try adding 10 lbs every week or two and you'll get to 4pl8 eventually. I just hit 300 after 3 months of lifting and i'm happy about it. close to hitting a 2pl8 bench too.
good job my dude
I know 205 is nothing to alot of people but worry about yourself
I was like this when I first pulled 3 plates
I plan on pulling at least 7 plates someday though
Keep going brah, we're all gonna make it
keep working and some day you might make it breh
if that's a pr, then good for you user. keep making those gains
A PR is a win. Ignore the assholes and continue to build on this success. Nice work, OP.
I can only lift 195lbs so I'm proud of you user
we're all gonna make it
i remember when i started lifting just 90 lbs a couple months ago
now i'm close to lmao 1pl8
might not be much but it's inspiring how strong i can get with just willpower.
These are the people giving you lifting and diet advice.
ban this 10 year old
Hope that was a warmup set
>I just hit 300 after 3 months of lifting and i'm happy about it.
Double overhand or mixed grip? Because if it's the latter, I have some bad news...
Good job user
I don't give lifting advice
I get lifting advice
