Eat a lot of healthy food, don't worry about tracking protein carbs and fats
Healthy fats are good for you such as the one found in avocado or in coconut oil for example

4 slices of ham
2 slices of ff cheese
2 eggs
1 glass of whole milk
>Snack

>Lunch
200g. of striploin (pork)
200g. potatoes
50g. mixed vegetables (frozen)
>After workout
2 boiled eggs
2 tbsp peanut butter

>Dinner
200g. rice
100g. boiled cod fillet

That's just an example (for bulking). You can tweak the macros to your preference and change some of the stuff out, but this plan gets you all of the daily recommended dose of vitamins and minerals, too.
