I look about 30lbs lighter and just started. So far in 2 weeks I am down 6lbs to 210. Eating 1800 cal, 50/20/30.

It’s not as great as some of the others but I’m getting there

I just started lifting on January 17th. I've been going with my chad cousin about 5 days a week and he's training me. I'm 5"11 and 180lbs give or take. How long until i see these kinds of results?

You'll notice minor differences on a month or two, take a lot of progress pics so you can compare. You'll be blown away when you get about a year under your belt, as long as you eat right and stay consiztent

it was pretty shitty, I didnt know much about cutting so basically put my body through hell for a year but it was the best thing I've ever done for myself. this next cut should be a breeze in comparison.

not really just because you dont eat meat doesnt mean you cant eat the right amount of macros and eat more

Intermittent Fasting

every 5lbs or so, recalculate your tdee. and eat at that maintenance level for a week or so so your body can adjust to your new weight, then cut based off of that tdee

eat food with only one ingredients

oats, greek yogurt, tuna, chicken breast are your best friends.

do your cardio

do your lifts, dont worry too much about strength

EC stacks make cutting easy as fuck, wish i would have discovered them earlier

keto is horse shit and wont make you lose fat faster and will make you feel like hell

there is no better feeling than being lean as fuck and getting mired

Been on a multi-year, slow slim down.
Powerlifting got me real big and fat, and then I just kinda gave up and decided to get small again.

Average of about 20lbs a year dropped, but its speeding up instead of slowing down.
