looks like you are on your way to making it. i would do a small cut to get to 13 percent and then bulk up slowly for 1-2 years before cutting to 10. you are in that danger zone where you will look fat if your bodyfat goes any higher.

What would serve an intermediate/lightly advanced lifter better, 6 workouts a week about 1 hour long that NEVER make me sore, or like 4 1.5 hour workouts that make me very sore? I feel I haven't improved in a long time, any attempts at adding mass just go straight to fat. I also do 10 mins of moderately intense cardio almost every day. I try to eat the best I can, at least 150+ g protein per day. Pic related.
