I was wondering if doing the steak and eggs diet would be unhealthy?

That has been debunked. However there are plenty of cheap supplements that can help lower cholesterol if you are worried.

The only thing I'd say to watch out for is the amount of butter you use if you like it salted.

1)Eat vegetables every day. Lettuce, brocolli, spinach are the must haves.
2)Eat meat or fish every day.
3)Stay away from processed carbs. If you want to eat sugar eat it in fruit form.
4)Drink enough water.

First and foremost, cook your food yourself. That way you know there are no added fillers or thickeners.
Second, hit your macros and count your calories and you'll be fine.
