Just finished eating it, but I had beef+beans.

1. Throw a 1/2lb - 1lb of frozen ground beef onto the stove, cook until brown and set aside.
2. Dice half an onion, half a green pepper, and 2-4 gloves of garlic.
3. Pour 1tbsp of oil into a pan, sweat the onions and peppers on low/medium heat for 8 mins then add the garlic and let rest for 3 mins.
4. Dump a can of black beans and a 1/2 cup of water into the pan and build to a simmer. Let sit for 10-15 mins.
5. Combine cooked ground beef with the bean mix, turn off the heat and let it settle for 2-3 mins. Done.

Pretty tasty, personally. You can substitute the beef for rice if you like. My farts will be rank tomorrow, though.

Forgot that I add 1/2 teaspoon of tumeric/cumin/black pepper/garlic powder/oregano.

1 rice cup of white basmati rice
half a tub of salsa (tomatoes, jalapenos, onion, carrots)

Don't listen to him, unless it's the highly processed ones that are basically some grains stuck together with high fructose corn sirup, it's a good snack. Best ones are the ones with just seeds, nuts and dried berries/fruit and grains. making your own i also pretty easy and very cheap.

There were some brocolli and mushrooms but I ate them already.

I do the same thing bruh, I'll prep some type of carb, legume, and a meat then eat it for literally lunch &dinner for the next few days. I switch it up on the breakfast and snacks though or I'd lose my mind. I also make different sauces so I can season it differently for each meal.
