finally feeling good but sometimes crash and lethargic postworkout NOW should i just eliminate this shit completely? will i feel even better longterm and completely caffeine free?
I eliminated caffeine, felt more energetic, willful, better sleep, better workouts, squats stopped feeling like death, more and bigger erections. Then I reintroduced it and it all went to shit. Now I'm cutting it out again and I feel much better already.
YMMV.
Andrew Barnes
In my case I think it's because I'm pretty anxious naturally, and caffeine was magnifying it a lot. So my sympathetic nervous system was constantly active, and that messes with recovery a lot.
Joshua Campbell
I want to fuck Lana Rhoades in every way imaginable. I dont care that she's been blacked. I just want to pound her cervix.
Jordan Howard
Withdrawal occurs at dosages as low as 100 mg/day. That’s just one typical cup of coffee. One study (Field et al., 2003) even found that abstaining from just 41 mg/day for 30 hours decreased blood flow to some parts of the brain by 19-32%. The most common withdrawal symptoms are headache, fatigue, decreased energy/activeness, decreased alertness, drowsiness, decreased contentedness, depressed mood, difficulty concentrating, irritability, and foggy/not clearheaded-ness. Withdrawal is much, much more common than most people think. Many people just assume legal drugs are perfectly safe and only associate withdrawal with illegal drugs, even though there is practically no relation between the toxicity and addictiveness of drugs and their legal status, but caffeine withdrawal is extremely common. In fact, many studies overestimated the positive effects of caffeine, because they didn’t exclude habitual caffeine consumers. This causes participants to be in withdrawal during the study and the so called positive effects of caffeine are then merely withdrawal reversal. If your training sessions are notably poorer without stimulants, you may very well be in withdrawal. Withdrawal also causes muscle stiffness and weakness. (Juliano & Griffiths, 2004).
Aiden Flores
I used to drink a lot of black coffee during all day. I also qui cold turkey but I always end up drinking coffee again. Withdrawal is hard. I only drink one expresso after lunch, daily.
Colton Scott
Who ordered milk truck?

shut up faggot nobody loves you
Adam Davis
10yr caffeine addict here.
I'll quit for like 2 weeks and be right back on it. Stuff is hard to kick. If I stay 100% off other drugs (Adderall, ephedrine, cigs) I think I can wean down again and try to quit for the millionth time. Could help me BLOATMAXX
Levi Sanchez
Drink one cup in the morning, that's it.
Camden Perry
>snort one line of cocaine in the morning, that's it.
Jayden Anderson
2 cups breakfast/ 1 cup lunch master race here
Wyatt Martin
I'm giving up coffee for Lent but I only drink 3-4 cups per week anyway.
Luke Wilson
I used to drink shots in the dark (coffee, black, with a shot of expresso) i got a reality check when my blood pressure was too high to donate blood. I've been off coffee for 44 days now. I still ocasionally have caffineated green tea or coke.
Oliver Peterson
What has your recovery been like? Any rough patches? How long til you felt normal?
Elijah Gutierrez
Also curious
Jose Barnes
I would get head aches for the first week, I motovated my self through not paying for coffee anymore. I notice my hands shaking later in the day when I am writing or handing somthing to people. IMO caffine pills are akin to the crack of caffine so goodluck. Nothing is as strong as your will.
Jaxon Johnson
Keep weening and try coffee, just dont get more than 3 shots/black cups a day
Jason Lee
>actually taking caffeine in pill form Top addict. I don't know if I am addicted or not, but I'll keep drinking coffee because it tastes really good.
Owen Reed
once they go black, we dont take them back
you will be executed for this race treason.
Isaiah Butler
Wait, you don't snort a line every morning?
Carter Morales
I went from drinking four cups of coffee a day to drinking zero. Never felt better. I'm a runner and my endurance shot up when I quit drinking coffee. I was sick overy the weekend and had a few cups to counteract the tired feeling and now I'm back to square one. Get ready for: >feelings of depression >feeling bored >feeling like something is missing >lack of motivation
Liam Bennett
Stopped 2 weeks ago. Less anxiety, lower blood pressure, more energy, and actually feel rested when I wake up.
Hunter Rivera
>expresso
Henry Watson
I wonder if pro athletes (like those in the Olympics) drink coffee.
Nathaniel Sullivan
I've been using caffeine to ween me off of nicotine as I've found the effects to be similar but less intense and shorter lived. I drink like 3 pots of coffee a day, but I'm down from a can a day to a can every 2-3 days. Eventually I suppose that I will try and kick both, but for now caffeine seems to be the lesser of two evils.
Grayson Hughes
Of course they do. Tour riders for example guzzle coffee and/or red bulls like water.
Joshua Foster
on competition day obviously but never in training.
Aaron Lopez
I'm sure a lot of them drink coffee otherwise as well, but I'd imagine its an issue of personal preference.
AFAIK, the only thing consistently applied by athletes nutrition-wise is supplementation with glutamate (mainly to prevent illness)
Daniel Murphy
Caffeine works better if you don't have a tolerance.
That's why (some) people in the military quit caffeine a while before deployment and then have caffeine gum for when they really need it.
If you're always on lots of caffeine it is just your new baseline and getting caught without handicaps you.
Connor Turner
Weak thing to quit then. God knows you're cutting corners.
Bentley Morris
Fuck lana is so hot
Gavin Allen
Confirming that withdrawals suck. I drank 1-2 cups a day and then went cold turkey. The first day I had headaches so bad I was lying in bed writhing in pain. Not even memeing. The next few days were absolutely fine. The only withdrawal symptom that persisted was constipation. I ended up going back to 1 cup/day because not shitting for 2 days made me look pregnant
Robert Bailey
This is the redpill on coffee.
The whole world is addicted to it so they won't tell us about the negative effects.
John Hall
>milk truck arrive >but user doesn't drink coffee, so no need for cream more for me
Juan Barnes
I found coffee form of caffeine much easier on my system than pill form of caffeine. With that said, I now take one 100mg pill of caffeine in the AM and that's all the caffeine I consume per day. Much simpler this way.
Kayden Hughes
Literally a porn star. Doesn't mattered what she's 'starred' in. She's still a part of the problem.
Evan Gomez
>sympathetic nervous system was constantly active, and that messes with recovery a lot. Fugg you're right. I wonder how much gains i've inhibited over the last like 10 years espresso first thing every morning
Aaron Brown
>the first sup is the sweetest

>will i feel even better longterm and completely caffeine free? In mice, human equivalent of about 1000-1500mg of caffeine increases lifespan about 50%
Kayden Perry
just cycle it, use it until you feel diminishing returns, take a break from it for a while, then go back on, it doesnt have to be black and white.

>find Lana's old Facebook >see old family pictures >her cousins are qt homeschooled Christians I'd like to see their faces when they found out
I currently work as a Barista as a part-time job with Uni, so I need to constantly be tasting espresso shots to make sure they're consistent. I probably have up to 800 mg to 1g of caffeine a day.
I also take pre and a fat burner, as well as drink green tea.
How fucked am I?
Parker Mitchell
You should notice on a few days off work if you're addicted.
Most addicts get withdrawal symptoms the first morning they go without.
Jace Long
It depends on your body chemistry and mental health and all of that, are you prone to anxiety?
I have a buddy who's 160-170 pounds who is a cut as fuck probably has an eating disorder but he eats 400mg of pills every morning + a pot off coffee, and slams and energy drink or two during his shift as a construction worker and seems to be fine.
Personally I'm a bag of nerves so if I exceed 400mg a day I start getting weird side effects and driving becomes really hard due to anxiety
Christian Taylor
Yeah fair enough. When I'm not working, like today, I'll still have like 150-300mg with fat burner and pre.
Probably should cut back a bit.
Never have had issues with anxiety. Only time I ever experience it, is the night before University results are released - which I think is pretty normal.
Robert King
Just had my last cig. Only one of the day. Weaned down 4-3-2-1. Ran out of ephedrine two days ago. >It's just you and me now, sport. Gonna start the coffee wean. If I'm off by the beginning of summer I'll be happy. 4mo. Slow and steady. I drink about 2 big cups/day. This is doable.
Easton Phillips
Is it fine to drink 120 mg of caffeine 3 times a week? I only use coffee as pre workout
Charles Howard
Her background is kind of sad. If you google Amara Maple (her real name), yahoo answers, you'll see a bunch of posts by her wanting to be pretty like the other girls and wanting to become famous like Megan Fox. About how she got bullied by the other girls.
Makes the wank seshes hotter though.
Blake Peterson
>not pretty enough to be famous >just pretty enough to be fucked up the ass by a bunch of black guys on video for a few hundred bucks and have it online forever and never be loved by anyone and dumb enough to do it
Probably the suicide sweetspot for females of our time desu.
Oliver Jenkins
It's ymsa u fucking retord
Carson Price
I don't touch caffeine at all. I've never liked coffee though so I guess it was an advantage. I pretty much gave up soft drinks overnight too because I just lost any desire to drink it. I just make sure I drink 4L of water a day and I know that way I won't really want any more fluids
Cooper Robinson
Same exact thing here, quit caffeine as a new years resolution and january i was hitting prs every week, started drinking coffe again a few weeks ago and it has been terrible. Stopping again this week hopefully, just such a ritual to have a couple coffees in the morning to get going
Anthony Kelly
so glad I never got hooked on that shit. if I have a soda with dinner it will keep me up at night, and coffee sends my heart rate into a frenzy. I wonder every now and then what it must be like to be that person who is always like "DONT TALK TO ME UNTIL I'VE HAD MY COFFEE"
Asher White
>dudes find out that it's better to cut out daily consumption of a substance that is meant to be used occasionally only You guys are like scientists or some shit, wow Quit the fucking caffeine, let your body adapt and only take it very occasionally when you really DO need an easy, cheap and readily accessible boost of energy, don't use it every day you dumb fucks, read about how it works
Juan Martinez

Seriously helps with the erections, the difference is night and day, so much better blood flow

This isn't even bad advice though
Juan Bell
Yeah my latest challenge has been cutting out my vices. Entirely quit caffeine ane nicotine. Doing a no added sugar challenge for 30 days.
Grayson Lopez
>2018 >not replacing caffeine with mate for maximum hunger suppressor during cut
I have 100mg caffeine pills I use ~2 times a week whenever I feel tired.
How the fuck were you doing 800mg a day?
Xavier Martin
If you want to get off caffeine, you don't have to go cold turkey and suffer diminished performance. Drink a cup of black tea once or twice a day, it alleviates withdrawal symptoms.
Carter Lewis
Probably because coffee keeps some people in fight or flight mode, and may increase blood pressure.
Carson Walker
I mainly take caffeine through pills and I'm not addicted at all, it's just much more convenient and cheap than buying coffee
>Tfw 200 pills for 5$ >Comparatively, the same amount of caffeine in coffee would cost me 200$ if I got it from coffeeshops >Tfw storing the equivalent of 25 coffees in my bag for whenever I need a perk-up
Bentley Perry
I drink one or two small cups of coffee in the morning, one at work and sometimes one more in the afternoon. I also drink about 4-5 cups of tea and 1 cup of cocoa water every day.
I used to have relatively bad diet and lifestyle, and I was tired and felt like shit if I didn't drink coffee. Then I fixed my diet and lifestyle (for example I don't overuse alcohol, I sleep enough, I lift weights and do HIIT, I don't watch porn, I minimize "entertainment" and quick dopamine rush activities and so on) and now I feel great no matter what, I feel exactly the same whether I drink a morning coffee/tea or not, I don't get headache if I skip caffeine drinks, I'm focused, energetic, happy, feel good etc.
John Cruz
Any studies on tea instead? Like green tea? Is it essentially the same as coffee?
Wyatt Powell
Better for you overall and has a unique amino acid called L-theanine that cuts the jittery effects of caffeine. Also good for oral health.
