ITT: Your country's retarded fitness meme

For me, it's the Nocco

I still know people who think "cleansing" is real, let alone healthy

Makes me wonder if they actually understand what the liver and kidneys do

I fucking hate this shit. Every single kid and fucking thot drinks this shit. There's always 2-3 empty cans in some corner of the gym.

Celsius xddddddd

The pear one is really tasty and I like how it has the highest allowed amount of caffein in a smaller portion, but yeah it's a stupid meme drink. As a pre-workout drink I'll just have ES if I'm on the go and feel like I need one.

In the US, the big thing is 'energy' drinks (RedBull, that sort of thing).
In terms of health, the big buzzword is 'gluten free'.

Then whole of the fitness industry

Nocco är så jävla överskattat

>Show muscles.

I'm American so idk wtf goes on in other countries. And i'm sure whatever retarded fitness memes we come up with the rest of you will just copy like you do everything else we do.

>sven

Hey now, persika smakar faktiskt gott

...

De enda som dricker nocco är fjortisar och fjollor

Redbulls sockerfria acai grej är ju ändå godare än någon Nocco som säljs

most overrated shit ever

first of all it tastes like shit
second it's expensive as fuck
third it's ONLY 100 mg of coffeine, wtf is this?

Líka hér á Íslandi

>wtf is this?

USA

Wait this isn’t a german thing? My gym has banners over it at the doorway.
Also I hate that nothing here has caffeine content.

Listed caffeine content*
The amount of times I’ve drinken cups of “herbal” teas to be kept up with the jitters.

wow it's almost like eating and drinking things that support the natural function of the liver and kidneys, let alone digestive efficiency, might help in cleansing

For me, It's the crab leg.

crossfit + veganism are the biggest two in America thanks to (((someone)))

IT'S GOT NO CALORIES! how the fuck can it have protien in any worthwhile dosage with 3kcal? what's that,

“Protein” seems to be the fitness meme of the day here in Bongland.
Seems that everything that has even the slightest trace of protein (like 2-3g per 100g of product) has a huge
>Source of protein!
printed on it to catch normies who have heard something about protein being good but don’t know anything or read labels.
Also protein water for £3 a bottle.

I don't really drink much soda, but I want to try each one of those. I don't know if it's the advertising appealing to my "bright shiny colors" or what.

No one likes us, I don’t know why
We may not be perfect, but heavens know we try
