Depends on what you need. It's just simple life advice that people would generally agree on, but Peterson delves into "why" of it, which is not always so obvious. If your life is a mess and you don't know where to start then it seems to be a pretty good read, but I haven't finished it yet. The flaw is that at times he lingers too long on some points, but that's manageable.

yes, i listened to it while commuting. its a really great book and the audio format fits it well because its written in a fairly understandable way. I also doubt many people here or in general have the time or patience to get through this type of book or any book even. Plus peterson reads it himself and hes good at it.
