you can easily bench 3x a week with 70%+ each session, look at any Sheiko template or nuckols 28 free programs 3x bench templates

you just have to manage volume each session correctly

do it on a fourth day, after bench, or drop it completely like a lot of powerlifters do if it's not addressing a specific weakness

I do a PPx routine but personally I only do bench every other chest workout
