Training neck means you're not using your compounds to train neck like how you can look up while deadlifting or frown while benching.

for guys i think glutes are pretty under worked, i workout at home but i wouldnt want people to see me doing girly booty exercises but if you isolate your glutes and develop it then it makes a huge difference in jeans. Squats do a lot of the work but isolating it has made a huge difference in how I look in jeans.

It's not like your heart muscles literally get bigger or stronger. That's what happens when people suffer from high blood pressure. The heart has to pump harder and the muscles get bigger but it's actually detrimental to your health.

Cardio gains are different from strength gains tho. You can’t really make “gains” in your heart. It can pump blood more effociently but that’s different from a muscle becoming stronger. Also your heart is an organ.
