This time last year was a /fat/ fuck who couldn’t do a single push-up, even with wide stance. Yesterday I did 40 in a row as part of my normal workout. Small victory, but feels good man. Roll

200 a day is what i've been aiming for but the most ive been able to do is 120.
at most i can do 5 at a time, then rest for a few seconds and do another 3 or 4. my current goal is ten an hour (im trying to improve on that of course)
