I was doing a basic 5x5 linear progression model for a while, with accessories in the 4x12-15 range, but I have started doing FST-7 from Hany Rambod for the past few weeks, modifying some of the exercises with stuff from John Meadows.

currently me at 25 years old.. someone kill me please. i am beyond hope.

Generally on a full arm day I throw in a lot of variety ie 1 pyramid set 1 superset or dropset and 1 straight set, trying to use free weights machines and cables.

Then probably every other week I’ll throw in two straight sets at the end of my workout (bis on back day and tris on chest day) at 12-15 reps of whatever I’m feeling that day.

Prolly around 5-7% lower BF% for reference with same stats

If you have the same stats, you really need to work your arms more, they are definitely lagging if the rest is that strong.

I guess I'll repost myself. I began lifting 7 months ago and initially did 12 hrs a week with heavy cardio to loose bodyfat. After I got 'abs' I became a little less zealous and moved down to about 5-7hrs a week, and now that I'm busy with school my gains have slowed and I'm just doing like 4 days a week mostly weights. I'm trying to just gain mass but I've had some other issues in the past few months that fucked with my motivation and made me question myself but hopefully I can still make it. Advice or insults are welcome frens

Work on chest/back and compound lifts but you look very good especially arms

Very good, ideal for some but would be truly making it if you cut down like you're planning. Maybe do some more leg lifts
