Same.Every single person I worked with got sick. I dodged it by not touching my face and thoroughly washing my hands any time I ate or drank.

Fuck this shit, seriously.
I only weight myself once a week and i was doing very well (down 20lbs already), but then i just randomly gained 6lbs in one week. I was even doing very well, sticking to my exercise/diet routine. That hit me hard.

In my experience the gym is least busy late at night, you will be surprised how many early birds there actually are. Best time is a saturday night, I usually get the gym to myself, my gym is 24/7 and you need a keycard to get in, so this probably contributes to the lack of people.

Ultra skinnyfat here , went from 94 kg (6'0) to 70 kg and I still have fat all over my thigs and belly , how the hell is this even possible

I prefer gyms with that type of security, keeps alot of the retards out. Just start going at different times and you will notice what the busiest times are.

That's when I normally go, it's pretty empty but I try to be done before 14 as the thot trickle starts around that time for some reason.

I ate below my caloric goal today. I love doing that, it feels great - until the moment the hunger REALLY kicks in and i usually fuck myself over with a binge. I need to stop that.

look on google maps for your gym. They generally have a fairly accurate guestimation of the busy times. My gym is 24/7, and 5-6pm or so is the busiest. Usually pretty dead after 9:30pm. Ive never been before noon but we have a fitness class at 11am on fridays and you still need to be there at 10am to be on the list. Sunday despite being an offday for basically everyone except restaurants and bakeries, is the least crowded.

Even 2000 calories a day is too much food and eating that much makes me want to vomit

Over weighed some greek yogurt last night, Didn't exceed my Calorie budget but I still feel bad about eating more of it than I intended

i ate a cereal bar from a friend during class because i was hungry. I knew it wasnt one of the healthier ones because it looked like chocolate covered cornflakes half dipped in white chocolate. It sure was filling and i ate it incredibly slow to savor my sin but
the 20g bar was 88 calories and 9g sugar/3g fat.

The first step is very hard, but very quickly after that you can enter a positive feedback loop. But it’s the first step that’s the issue and I don’t know how to solve it.

you just have to double check on what busy means for that place and what your concerned about. Its impossible to get treadmills until after 9pm here but most other things are fine after 7pm.

If you're in Canada you can get Molson 67. If you really want a beer it's the lowest-damage option.

Only 3% alc but it's 67 calories & 2g carbs per bottle. Won't even break keto if you only have one or two.

The also have a Molson 67 Session IPA which is a much better tasting beer but that one is 90cals and 3g carbs per bottle. Still though not bad.

I lost five lbs in the past two weeks. Walked 30 mins in 35 degree weather even though I didn't want to today. Made lunch for myself and fiance, instead of planning on eating out at a restaurant or getting popeyes to bring home.

Just don't make my mistakes. If you mix protein in before you microwave it, it turns to cheese. Let it cool down for a bit then stir in the protein. Ideally you'll mix it into greek yogurt which tastes way better with whey

How many calories under my maintenance is a bad idea?

My maintenance calories are about 3000kcal per day (Yes I'm fucking obese) and the past few days I have been eating about 1000-1300kcal per day, thoughts?

I jerked off again. My diet is going great though, I'm avoid fast foods and sodas without too much difficulty.

Ate ~1200 at 21st 11lb for a month and lost 25lb. But the last week I only lost 3lb, so maybe it's a good idea to eat 2000cal per day at weekend to stop metabolism from dropping? That's my plan at least

lowest i would go is TDEE for your goal weight. that way you get use to eating the amount of calories your maintenance will be.

You're not going to be able to maintain it, honestly. 25% under is a good goal. I'd aim for about 2300 a day give or take. Your body can do that for a decent period of time.

The ideal way to cut is to slowly transition into a healthy, balanced diet that eventually settles on the maintenance calories of your goal weight so you can just do that forever and not get fat.

Had two treat days in one week

Accidentally ate about 1000 calories for breakfast without thinking about it in the form of two eggs, refried beans, and four homemade tortillas. (Stepmom made breakfast for me and she's Mexican)
Had two glasses of water and coffee for lunch break at work because I had to study for a test I'm behind on tonight. I'm not sure if I had 1000 or 1200 calories, so I want to keep it safe for dinner. Should I just eat a packet of ramen for 560 calories more?

I went to the doctor today and got weighted and I'm 73kg I'm so happy, I didn't weigh myself when I started dieting (nyrfag) but I was over 80kg. I'm not obese anymore just overweight, we're all gonna make it
