I activated an old injury so my lifts havnt really gone up.

Then I added

It should be noted though that all of his results are still within the normal range of hormone levels for his age cohort, he's just closer to 1 SD above the mean than he was before.
I can't imagine that it'll have a massive effect either way (outside of the placebo effect), and his testing protocol could be improved (three blood tests every other day, then two months of said diet and then another three blood tests would provide better data I think), but it's still neat.
For what it's worth you do want to keep estradiol within range, it's pretty important for anabolism/libido purposes.
