It's not?

what do you mean bad idea?

Rest In Gains OP

Make an egg loaf it is easier

10 eggs a day is a great idea. I used to do 4 dozen a week.

Keep up the good work.

Eat em raw, pussy

macros

23g saturated fat
6g trans fats
1860mg cholesterol

How to develop CVD.

ya but dont eggs have good cholesterol (HDL) so its fine?

Dietary cholesterol has a very limited effect on serum cholesterol. Studies indicating the opposite tend to be done on populations with near zero dietary cholesterol intake (Eskimos, certain African tribes etc.) which inflates the result. Saturated fat does have a more marked impact but, again, the literature on this is not as relevant to you as you might think.

No, it just contains cholesterol. HDL/LDL are transport proteins our body makes to transport cholesterol(and many other fatty acids) around in the blood. Cholesterol eaten togheter with saturated fats results in a much higher increase in blood cholesterol than either eaten alone.
As the other poster said, dietary cholesterol has little effect on bllood cholesterol but he failed to mention that it amplifies the effect of saturated fat on blood levels.

Add to that the trans fats and you have a CVD cocktail. Try this diet for a while then go test your cholesterol, if it's above 150 there might be reason for concern.

Making a distinction between HDL/LDL is not very relevant, given low enough LDL, HDL becomes almost irrelevant, given high enough cholesterol a seperation doesn't matter. If your total cholesterol is high, that you also have high HDL is BETTER but it's like throwing droplets on a forrest fire.

Dont trust the vegan

nah, but it is a bad idea to have your heat that high.

>Add to that the trans fats
I hope you aren't saying eggs have transfats.

If you eat them like that it is
those eggs look awful

>6g of trans fats
from where you dunce

>burnt on the bottom
>raw on top
Absolute incompetence

I am and they do, milk and meats also contain trans fats. Put it into cronometer or search on the usda food data base.

Fried eggs need oil to cook, the amount of oil used to make 10 eggs, every single day, is pretty unhealthy to have, swap fried eggs with poached eggs, scrambled eggs, or boiled eggs. You gain ALL of the benefits that 10 fried eggs do with NONE of the downsides that oil has.

>eating a fuckton of olive oil
>unhealthy

Maybe if you're already fat and need to lose weight.

>sunny side up
Absolute pleb taste.

>downsides that oil has
such as?

>trans fats
>in eggs

user...

Fucking top tier yolks, my man

How has nobody posted this yet?

just do as I said you brainlet

>not the almonds one
Sasuga

fine, what now, faggot?

The yolk should be runny for maximum T gains.

Now change it to 10 eggs and you'll magically have 6g of transfats.

>10*0 = 6

audible kek

are you calling a liar???

kjewkhejjhwejhwhj top kek

It's not, as long as you fry them on butter and not on vegetable oil unless you wanna be a soyboy.

Costly and nutritionally inferior to oats or cereals also thinking dietary cholesterol is benign is an outdated idea

>costly

>thinking dietary cholesterol is benign is an outdated idea

you'd know it if you weren't so stupid you'd flunk out of an introductory nutrition class at a community college. have fun relying on lipitor and big pharma to prevent your heart from clogging up when you get older. there is no need to supplement your diet with cholesterol because your liver will make all of it that you need. just as stupid as supplementing with phospholipids or nucleic acids, or whey protein for that matter. if you're getting protein farts you're eating too much protein, but let's not bring facts into this when your feelings are more important
eggs don't cost too much if your hobby is lifting. I'd rather spend money on other things. the dietary supplements I take are fish oil, creatine monohydrate, and recently vitamin D

Not that poster but I don't think you should be so dismissive so quickly? There's lots of work showing effects of those things. For example

>supplement your diet with cholesterol

all studies that show eggs are good are paid for by the egg industry

Test

BIG EGG, I KNEW IT!

My nigga.

Eggs are both gross and boring, fuck eggs. The nutrition is off the hook though so I shoot 2 of 'em a day

eggs taste gross scrambled or sunny side up to me. I prefer to eat boiled eggs.

youtube.com/watch?v=RtGf2FuzKo4

you thought eggs were safe....... UNTIL NOW!!!

I've been eating eggs since I was very young and now that I'm grown I'm roughly the size of a barge

...

>anecdotal evidence

...

>cultural illiterate

>not an argument

>6g of transfats

>actually believing anyone would argue with an autist like you

what you are describing is the difference between actual scientists specifically modifying someone's diet and 4 scoops 'cmon protein farts. you don't need to supplement your diet with the basic macromolecules, unless you are deficient in them, because they should be in your diet to begin with. you'd be deficient in them due to a metabolic disorder or more likely due to an incomplete, poorly balanced diet. our stereotypical american diet, which consists of high proportions of meat, dairy, and simple carbs, is not a good one. I'd wonder how results would change if subjects were put on a good diet as opposed to their regular ones. would effects be greater, lesser, or the same?

I'd be curious to know if the dietitians for elite athletes have them take a supplement regimen or if they have them get their nutrition from whole foods

goddamn ostriches with their big eggs

eat 2 eggs a day and 3 cups of eggs whites

Those egg council creeps get to you too?

I eat 5 eggs but only 2 yolks daily. Feelsgoodman

Do you guys really eat eggs for protein?
I prefer bacon.

LMAO

because im allergic to eggs and it makes my heart beat hard for 24 hours, also google egg whites leaky gut

>not eating 5 dozen eggs every morning to help you get large

This guy knows what's up. I eat 8 eggs a day for lunch and chase them with pickles. Sometimes I get fancy and add deli to the plate.

>no mention of HDL/LDL

SHIGGY DIGGY

You. Will. Shit. Bricks.

You are literally retarde

Gaston pls

It depends, Olive oil is pretty good for you if it’s cold pressed and extra virgin. Take olive oil above the smoke point and it’s garbage for you

fish has cholesterol, what the fuck are you talking about?

eggs cooked in olive oil at its smoke point (390F/200C) would be completely inedible, so it's not really a problem
