Zyzz split or SS/SL?

Pic related, zyzz routine

zyzz splits if juicing
ss if natty

zyzz split is actually not too bad

just be careful about the volume and weight if you’re a beginner. Start low weights and increase slowly, if you go hard from day 1 you’ll snap your shit

How so?

how can?

What?

>no exercise that focuses on core
Was this really zyzz's routine?
>inb4 compound lifts give you shredded abs

Huh?

he was on steroids you sperg, use squats are enough for good abs

?

???

???
5 day bro split for a beginner? That's like getting into running and starting off with 25 miles runs.

Garbage for a new lifter. You will make progress 3x faster training 3 times more often as a noob. Also pretty sure a noob can't even train their back properly. They don't need calves, and leg training is literally one exercise

If you want to look good you should

Bench every session
OHP every session
squat once a week
Deadlift once a week
Bicep curl every session
Some tricep exercise every session
Abs every session
Pull ups every session

It's been confirmed that the best way for a natural lifter to train is full body, twice a week. Start with something like SS and run it for a couple months just to build a base. You can add in some accessories, it's fine. Switch to a heavy/hypertrophy upper/lower split after that.

AxBxAxx then BxAxBxx for a couple months, then heavy lower, heavy upper, x hypertrophy lower, hypertrophy upper, xx.

>if it's been confirmed site your sources

Do some damn research. I don't give a shit about burden of proof.

>Not AXAXAXA to infinity and beyond
>Not deadlifting 3.5 times a week immediately following a 5x7 squat and 4x7 ohp
Ruh roh

What's the best ab exercise?

zyzz routine has too much for volume for a beginner. You're better of with a lower volume/higher frequency program like SS, just remember too add some accesory lifts.

hanging leg raises, don't do crunches, they are bad for your spine
throw in some rear delt isolation and i agree with you.

>accesory lifts
Like what?

Beginners can handle lots of volume.
Which is what SS counts on.

Lastly the zyzz routine is just a clusterfuck of retarded nonsense created by a geared up fraud with a shit physique who doesn't reall know how too and rarely ever worked out.

Started 2 weeks ago with SL. I've noticed it's a hell of a lot of squats.
Will I become t-rex if I do this or is it good as a starter routine?

you 'small' muscles dont get really worked with basic SS but they can take a lot of volume early on. Like Biceps, Triceps, Calves etc.. You shouldn't spend more than an hour in the gym as a beginner though, rather around ~45 minutes if you're not used to exercising.
